FiSEC Projects


FiSEC have and continue to be involved in a wide diversity of projects from advising a property company in respect of legislation and standards in Houses in Multiple Occupation, resolving issues arising from the Juan Manoz installation in Tate Modern and advising on the ramifications arising from the construction of an indoor artificial snow ski centre in Taiwan. ·         ARCO Building, Keble College, Oxford
FiSEC developed a fire safety strategy for this building which provides both teaching and residential accommodation in a single block.

·         Masson Mill, Matlock Bath, Derbyshire
The Masson Mill complex consists a grade 2* range of buildings located in the beautiful Derwent valley in Derbyshire close to Matlock Bath.

·         Holborn Place Office Development, London
FiSEC have worked to ensure that the design is accepted as meeting the requirements of the Building Regulations and the Section 20 criteria of the London Building Act.

·         Greenside, Greenside Place, Edinburgh
The scheme is designed to meet the Building Standards (Scotland) Regulations 1990 with some relaxations of the requirements of the Technical Standards Document.
